Investment & Pricing
Every project is unique, and pricing depends on scope, timeline, and complexity. The starting rates above are guidelines for typical projects. I offer both project-based and hourly engagements.
Payment Terms: 50% deposit to start, 50% upon completion. Monthly retainers billed at the beginning of each month.
What’s Included: All design files, source files, unlimited revisions during project timeline, post-launch support (30 days), and developer handoff documentation.

What’s your typical project timeline?
Most projects take 6-12 weeks depending on complexity. Simple landing pages can be completed in 2-3 weeks, while comprehensive web applications may take 3-4 months. I always provide a detailed timeline during the proposal phase.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes! I work with clients worldwide and am comfortable with remote collaboration. I use tools like Zoom, Slack, and Figma for seamless communication across time zones. I’m based in Pacific Time (PT) but flexible with meeting times.
What’s your design process like?
I follow a user-centered design approach: Discovery → Research → Design → Test → Deliver. Each phase includes regular check-ins and opportunities for feedback. I work in 2-week sprints with milestone reviews to ensure we’re aligned throughout the project.
How many revisions are included?
For project-based work, unlimited revisions are included during the active project timeline. This doesn’t mean unlimited scope changes, but rather refinements to achieve the agreed-upon goals. Major scope changes would be discussed and potentially adjusted.
Do you code/develop websites?
I focus on design but have frontend development knowledge (HTML/CSS) which helps with developer handoff. For full development, I can recommend trusted developer partners or work with your existing development team. I provide detailed specifications and support during implementation.
What industries do you specialize in?
I’ve worked extensively in fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and SaaS. However, my user-centered approach applies to any industry. What matters most is understanding your users and their needs, which I do through thorough research regardless of the sector.
What if I only need a small project or consultation?
I offer hourly consulting for design audits, UX reviews, or small tasks. This is perfect if you need expert feedback on an existing product or quick design support. Minimum engagement is 4 hours.
What tools do you use?
My primary design tool is Figma for UI design and prototyping. For user research, I use tools like Maze, UserTesting, and Hotjar. For project management and communication, I’m comfortable with Slack, Notion, Asana, or whatever tools your team prefers.
